Recent Perma-Liner Projects in Our Area
This sorority house had a severe tree root infiltration problem and would have been
very expensive to address through conventional trenching methods. The Perma-Liner
System avoided a large excavation (and avoided removing a portion of the front
porch), and made it possible to place a new line under the porch and directly into the
basement.
The drain of this home had become
overrun by tree root infiltration.  The
problem was threatening the stability of
the drain.  The home owner was saved an
extensive front yard excavation, as well as
more extensive interior digging.
This home in Macomb had severe tree
root infiltration, and general sewer line
decay.  The Perma-Liner System was
the perfect answer to their problems,
and was taken care of in less than a
day!
The house at the left had badly
misaligned clay tile causing the sewer
to back up.  The Perma-Liner System
allowed a zero excavation solution to
their problem by inserting new pipe
from the crawl space of their home,
saving a new sidewalk.

system which allowed them to avoid a large excavation to the center main in the middle
of a busy street.
At this home we lined the house drain beginning
in a bathroom, where we removed the concrete
exposing the drain.  From there we lined the
house drain underneath the basement floor
under the tree to the city main.  We not only
avoided a the need for an in-house ditch
excavtion, but saved the large shade trees, and
avoided extensive lawn and street repair.
Here we discovered that the house drain went
under the neighboring house to the right which
was nearly full of tree roots and general
infiltration.  We avoided digging a new drain
through the neighbors yard  by using the
Perma-Liner system which saved our client and
their neighbor extensive excavation.
Hollister Plumbing had been coming to this
house for many years to clear out the main drain
from tree root infiltration.  When the home
owners were told about Perma-Liner they
jumped at the chance to permanently stop this
problem without major excavation and any
potential harm to their shade trees.
The main drain of this home was very deep, and
full of root infiltration from the house to the street
main.  This would have been a major excavation
that would have destroyed side-walks and a
large part of their yard.  Perma-Liner allowed a
fast and low impact solution for their problems.
This residence is yet another example of
Perma-Liner saving a valuable shade tree, and
preventing extensive yard and street digging.
