• The existing sewer is first inspected with a sewer
camera.  The camera allows us to identify the level
of tree root infiltration, and the overall condition of
the existing pipe.  We then determine the length of
the Perma-Liner "sock" that is will be inserted.
  • The Perma-Liner System liner, which is a PVC
coated polyester needle felt tube reinforced with a
fiberglass scrim, is cut on site according to the
    acquired measurements.
  • The resin mixture, a two part 100% epoxy
    resinspecifically designed for the Perma-Lateral
System, is mixed and weighed for insertion into the
    Perma-Liner Sock.
  • The resin mixture is then poured into the Perma-
    Liner Sock.
  • The Perma-Liner Sock is then rolled several times to
cause complete impregnation of the resin into the
    PVC sock material.
  • The Perma-Liner Sock is then inserted into the
Perma-Liner "Permaverter", which uses air pressure
to expand the liner into the pipe.
  • The Permaverter is then attatched to the existing
pipe where the sock is then injected with air
pressure.  A Perma-Liner balloon is then injected
into the Perma-Liner Sock by the same process, and
is then inflated to a constant pressure.  Four hours
of setting time are required before the balloon is
removed to leave a new Perma-Line pipe as shown
    below.
